What are the costs of taking and passing the real estate licensing exams?
Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Courses and Tests Real Estate Salesperson (RES) courses that prepare you for your final RES tests are required in order to get your real estate agent license and ID tag. This training is needed for all aspiring real estate agents.
