The DIAMUN conference is a three-day gathering that offers students the chance to participate in debates and collaborate with delegates both nationally and internationally. There are over 1000+ delegates every year at this event, which is for sure a once-in-a-lifetime experience! It is a place where one can learn from another’s knowledge and culture, and fruitful discussions can occur.
On The Second Night Of DIAMUN,
There is a social event that is also a major part of the conference. A memorable night filled with music, food, and dance awaits MUN directors, delegates, admins, and the press corps at this event. During this event, everyone has the opportunity to connect with each other and build friendships for a lifetime!
International students act as Student Leaders Ambassadors, collecting student leaders from all over the world and promoting DIAMUN. In order to spread the word of DIAMUN, these student leaders assemble delegates from around the world.

Theme Of DIAMUN 2023:
In recognition of 2023 being The Year of Sustainability in the UAE, DIAMUN 2023 has adopted the theme “Collaborating to Foster Sustainable Development”. COP28 is being held in the UAE from November 6 to 17, which inspired a special committee, “Special Conference on Climate Change“.
DIA Emirates Hills students developed a DIAMUN Web app which allows resolutions and voting to be done electronically. Our goal is to establish an inclusive platform for youth and encourage more students to speak up with our first face-to-face conference after three years,” said Yagiz Ozenci, Secretary-General of DIAMUN 2023.
